The Spot Healing Brush is the best option for me as I usually do not use a tool that requires me to sample an area first, because it can reduce your work flow. I try to avoid things that reduce my work flow, because I am busy and Im sure you are too. But with Retouch4me Heal, it will be a pain in the butt if you dont have a grid of samples set up. Sure, you can manual select the area you want to heal, but it is still a pain in the butt.
Despite its slow performance, Retouch4me Heal is the only plugin that has the option to show and hide the heal effect. This is the main reason why its the plugin I would use. As I said, I hate to have to start in Capture One and then export everything out. It is also why Retouch4me Heal is really the only plugin I recommend to anyone.
As you can tell, Retouch4me Heal Full Version is its own plugin. It has its own features and abilities, but is primarily used to heal inconsistencies that came from using the Spot Healing Brush Tool or some other plugin that samples a small area first.
Its spot healing tool is really fast and works well on small inconsistencies. But what I also like about it is that it does not require an input point first. That means it could be used on large areas that require a lot of work to perfect. In fact, I like it so much that I would suggest it replace the Spot Healing Brush for any tool that requires me to select the area first. If you have the option to, I recommend that as well.

Retouch4me are natural enhancements that are easy to use on the fly, and can save you time when editing large photo sets. Beyond that, Retouch4me also do a fantastic job at quickly improving colors on your images. Thankfully, these Retouch4me plugins come with solid presets that help speed things up even more.
Retouch4me’s features are basically designed to provide a toolkit for making minor edits to your portrait work. Personally, I find the software rather unexciting and sometimes wish there were better options available.
