I was able to duplicate your problem. DD11 and DD12 are not able to detect the drive. I have already done so (and am also writing to support for a bug). Our bugs database cannot be accessed by someone outside of Acronis.

@PonderStuff thank you so much for the update! I am glad it is that easy to find the drive! My situation is a bit different. I was getting error 53 everytime I tried to start the dd12. After first clicking on the “continue” button, I am asked if it is ok to restart. I click “Yes”. After I rebooted my system, everything worked perfectly fine. I feel a little bit worried that I am the only one. But it worked. I am getting ready to download the free version of the disk director to see if I get the same situation. Do you think that maybe the best way to do it is to reinstall the whole operating system?

Drive Mover – Mover lets you migrate drives and assign drives to different volumes in Disk Director without having to mount the source or destination volumes. I also installed Acronis to convert my C: drive to GPT. However, after converting the drive the space was used and not for storage but for cloning. I uninstalled Acronis, as I didn’t think it was used for anything and it remained in the storage area on my C: drive.
